Classes

West Island Karate / Karaté de L'Île offers a variety of classes to suit the needs of any student based on such factors as age, level and availability. We offer a specialized class once a week for the 4 and 5 year olds, called the Little Dragons. Our kids 6 through 11 years old have beginner classes as well as intermediate classes offered three times a week and our teens and adults train together in a class appropriate for their level with a beginner group or advanced group also training three times a week. To determine which class is appropriate for you, we highly encourage you to contact us to discuss your needs. Better yet, visit our dojo and try out a class. It's absolutely FREE and there is no obligation.
